The Medical Affairs team helps facilitate practical and lawful communication between EssilorLuxottica and eyecare providers.

Q: What kind of questions can I ask through the portal?
A: Questions regarding off label uses of EssilorLuxottica products, post-market clinical studies on EssilorLuxottica products, vectoral refraction, and questions about clinical research should be asked through the portal.
Examples:
- Can we use the Eyezen lens for Myopia treatment?
- Do you have clinical research on Transitions lenses, Blue Light and the effects on the retina?
- Does Crizal No Glare stop people from getting cancer on the eye lid?
Q: What kind of questions should NOT go through the portal, but can go directly to my account executive?
A: Questions about pricing, sales visit issues, Essilor programs, sponsorships or grants, product availability, customer service inquiries, instrument malfunctions, and lab issues can be answered by your account executive.
