P3 is designed for independent practices with one to three locations and at least $1 million in annual collections per location. Members are growth minded owners focused on strengthening the business side of eye care.

Owner Commitment
P3 members commit to two in-person meetings each year, monthly Five-in-Fifteen updates, and participation in P3 Champions meetings through a designated office leader. Members must also meet PERC vendor alignment requirements and actively contribute to group benchmarking.
