The first ever PERC Elevate National Conference drew more than 300 attendees and sponsors to the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa in Dana Point, California. On Sunday, August 15^th, there was a full-day event, packed with five hours of CE for optometrists, a four-hour CE course track for staff, vendor exhibits, and exceptional guest speakers. Topics included presbyopia, AMD, and innovative ideas on the optometry horizon.

In addition to the August 15 event, there was an exclusive, invite-only workshop in the days leading up to the national conference. PERC Key Advisors nominated leading and innovative members in their regions to attend the exclusive VIP Session on August 13-14. This included three inspiring keynote presentations by former Olympic athlete Vince Poscente, nationally recognized author and business coach Mary Lucas, and Dr. Amanda Barker, a fellow PERC member dedicated to giving back and making a difference. Attendees and sponsors also were welcome to take part in a Friday night reception overlooking Dana Point Harbor, a beachside bonfire, and a group workout event.

The second annual PERC Elevate National Conference is scheduled to be held in August 2022.
